In Google terms, "bounce rate" is a measure of how fast people leave your site, and that's not a good thing."Session Time" is a measure of how long someone stays on your website, before "bouncing" away to some other site.
Anything you can do to reduce the bounce rate and to increase the session time—anything that makes your site more "sticky"—is a good thing because the longer someone stays on your site, the more likely they will click on a call-to-action item like a Book Now button.
360° panoramas do just that. They arouse your website visitors' curiousity about your property in a much stronger way than static text and images do, and keep them exploring your site's content for a longer period of time. And this is especially true for mobile viewers as they're literally touching the content, which, by itself, increases "stickiness."
